The registration fees for participants include:

IV. PAYMENT POLICY

Registration Full payment of the registration fee is required prior to the Meeting.

Accommodation Full payment for accommodation package payable to ERA Ltd, is required in order to confirm your Hotel Reservation.

V. CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration

  • Cancellation requests must be made to ERA Ltd in writing
  • For cancellations received up to and including September 8, 2024: Full refund minus €25,00 as administrative fee
  • For cancellations received after September 9, 2024 and onwards: No refund will be possible
  • All refunds will be processed after the end of the Meeting

Accommodation

  • Cancellation requests must be made to ERA Ltd in writing
  • For cancellation received by August 31st, 2024: none cancellation fee charge will apply
  • For cancellation received between September 1st – September 20th, 2024: 50% cancellation fee charge will apply, calculated on the total amount of accommodation expenses
  • From September 21st, 2024: Accommodation refunds will not be possible

VI. METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment can be effected either:

  • By bank remittance
  • By major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD)
