I. REGISTRATION

Foreign Societies of Gynecology (for non SFEE MEMBERS) Cost
The registration fees for participants include:

Greek Societies of Gynecology Cost
The registration fees for participants include:

  • Access to the scientific sessions and exhibition
  • Meeting material
  • Certificate of attendance
 € 173,60 (TAXES INCLUDED)
Food Services (Coffee breaks & Lunch) € 70,00 (TAXES INCLUDED)

II. ACCOMMODATION

III. PAYMENT POLICY

Registration Full payment of the registration fee is required prior to the Meeting.

Accommodation Full payment for accommodation package payable to ERA Ltd, is required in order to confirm your Hotel Reservation.

IV. CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration

  • Cancellation requests must be made to ERA Ltd in writing
  • For cancellations received up to and including August 30, 2025: Full refund minus €25,00 as administrative fee
  • For cancellations received after August 31, 2025 and onwards: No refund will be possible
  • All refunds will be processed after the end of the Meeting

Accommodation

  • Cancellation requests must be made to ERA Ltd in writing
  • For cancellation received by August 21, 2025: none cancellation fee charge will apply
  • For cancellation received between August 21-August 31, 2025: 50% cancellation fee charge will apply, calculated on the total amount of accommodation expenses
  • From August 31, 2025: Accommodation refunds will not be possible

VI. METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment can be effected either:

  • By bank remittance
  • By major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD)
